Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Morelife Mechanic's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Services Description
Morelife Mechanic provides a platform connecting customers with verified automotive service providers including:
- Car washing and detailing services
- Mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Towing and roadside assistance
- Battery replacement and electrical services
- Puncture repair and tire services
- Car accessories installation
User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Make payments promptly for services rendered
- Treat our service providers with respect
- Follow safety guidelines during service delivery
- Report any issues or concerns immediately
Service Provider Responsibilities
Our verified service providers agree to:
- Provide professional and quality service
- Maintain proper certifications and insurance
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols
- Provide transparent pricing before service
- Honor warranties on workmanship
Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made as agreed upon booking. We accept various payment methods including cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. All prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
Emergency Services: Non-refundable once dispatched
Regular Bookings: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before service time
Same-day Bookings: 50% refund if cancelled 1 hour before service
Warranty and Guarantee
All services come with a minimum 30-day warranty on workmanship. Parts and accessories carry manufacturer warranties as specified. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period with proof of service.
Limitation of Liability
Morelife Mechanic acts as a platform connecting service providers with customers. While we verify our providers, we are not directly liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from service delivery. Maximum liability shall not exceed the service fee paid.
Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information is used solely for service delivery and platform improvement.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through mutual discussion first. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to appropriate consumer forums in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
